The novel Quadrivium, winner of the 1989 Nuevo León International Prize, is again available to the public. The novel had been out of print since 1992 and the second edition was just released.

On Saturday, April 16, Carlos Rubio will be participating in a local-authors reading at the Martinsburg Public Library. The time of the event is 3:00 P.M.
Carlos Rubio will be signing books on April 17 at Books-A-Million in Winchester, Virginia. The featured novel will be Dead Time, recipient of ForeWord's Magazine Book of the Year Award in 2004. The event will take place from 2 to 4 P.M.
